1000 ideas and always the right one!

When we first enquire, we want to make sure we develop the perfect design for your needs. We start by conducting comprehensive design research, where we thoroughly analyse your brand. We look not only at the visual appearance, but also at the underlying values and brand identity. We analyse your colour palette, typography and imagery to ensure the design is both aesthetically pleasing and authentically in line with the brand strategy.

In addition, during this research we take into account all relevant factors that are crucial for the design. These include your target group, the communication goals and the specific focus of the event, trade fair or conference for which the design is required. We ensure that the design optimally conveys both your brand and the intended message.

integration of marketing strategies and highlight products

In many cases, existing marketing strategies are also integrated into the design planning. This means that the design is not only visually but also strategically aligned with your overarching goals. For example, if it is a trade fair, event or conference, we analyze which products or services should be highlighted. Current highlight products or the latest innovations play a crucial role here. These should be given a special place in the design and brought to the fore in order to draw the target group's attention to them.

By incorporating these elements into the design strategy, we ensure that your brand message is communicated clearly and effectively and that the design optimally contributes to your marketing goals.

In the first phases of our project, we place great value on close and continuous collaboration within our interdisciplinary teams. This way of working enables us to pool the strengths and expertise from different specialist areas. Designers, marketing experts, strategists and technical specialists work together to achieve the best possible result.

This diverse team composition allows us to draw on a wide range of ideas and perspectives. Each team member brings their own unique expertise and approach, whether in the area of visual design, brand strategy, user experience or technical implementation. This combination of different disciplines promotes creative solutions and ensures that we develop innovative and well-thought-out concepts that go far beyond the standard.

Advantages of this way of working

Thanks to interdisciplinary collaboration, you as a customer always have the advantage of benefiting from different perspectives. During the process steps, different ideas and perspectives come to the table, resulting in a broader and more varied brainstorming process. In this way, we ensure that we develop solutions that are not only functional and aesthetically pleasing, but also tailored to your specific requirements and goals.

This approach also guarantees that we look at challenges from different angles and find creative, tailor-made solutions that are optimally suited to your needs and expectations. This way we can ensure that the final product is not only unique, but also sustainable and effective.

What makes a good concept?

Uniqueness and yet recognition

Der schmale Grat zwischen etwas neuem und doch etwas bekanntem und vertrautem ist die größte Herausforderung!

Easy to understand and yet complex

Das beste Konzept bringt nichts wenn man den Kunden die Message erklären muss. Wir  stehen für transparente und direkte Kommunikation, sowohl auf als auch abseits vom Messestand!

Expandable and adaptable like your events

Our stands and concepts are not "build and burn" but are adaptable and expandable. In this way we not only support our sustainability concept but also your wallet!

After the first ideas have been agreed, the feasibility check begins. What materials should be used? Where will the stand be located in the hall? What rules must be observed? Is statics required, do special safety precautions have to be taken for some furniture? We take care of that so that you don't have to!

The first step in any design is the concept and design phase, which mainly involves large-scale brainstorming. This is where a large number of ideas are accumulated

ideas, drawings and brainstorming

One of the last stages is the implementation of the final design in a 3D environment if desired, so that even "non-plan readers" can understand and experience the design and ideas without any problems. Our VR adaptation with demonstration VR glasses is particularly popular here.

So that we can be sure that everything runs smoothly and that it looks like it was pitched at the end. We are already starting to do realistic on-site planning, including risk management. When will the trucks arrive, which stand areas will be closed on which day, which network partners can we activate on site?
